I'm glad I decided to buy this CD. I bought the book, but was feeling a little bit shy about the process of Spiritsinging, and wasn't completely sure about it. This CD leads you step-by-step through the process. You can use this CD on its own, but I highly recommend buying the book too. The book has some exercises that are not included on the album.

I ordered this CD just prior to fining out that I may have cancer.  I cannot describe the sense of wellbeing and comfort this CD has given me.  The beautiful lyrics are uplifting and easy to sing too.  The beauty of the music fills my soul with joy.  How can I dwell in negative thoughts while I am ""wraped in a mothers gift of love"?  This is a lovely CD and I highly recommend it and look forward to any new releases Shawna Carol may have.
